Master Bedroom/Private Bath Woodside Qns

Looking for a responsible roommate that is quiet, respectful and clean. We are males one gay male (me) (32 )and one straight male (36) with opposite schedules. He is a doorman who works early hours and I work in wine with odd hours. Some days I work from home. We don?t have parties or hardly any guests, but friends are always welcome. We definitely enjoy quiet and relaxation.

We occupy the entire second floor in a three bedroom apartment. The room is the master, semi furnished (can be unfurnished) with its own private bathroom. It?s perfect for a female or someone who likes their space and privacy. Actually, females have always occupied this room.

The lease is one year and you must apply to be on the lease. The application fee is $100 and a good credit score is required (700+)

The deposit is $925 and monthly rent is $1150 including utilities.
