Nice bright room available in 3 bed

We have a room available in our3 bed apt. (Located on the 4th floor walk up, no elevator) Comfortably fits a queen bed and has 2 large windows that gets a lot of natural light. Exposed brick wall, built in closet. We are two 29 y/o friends who are laid back, looking for a clean, drama free roommate to share our space with. Lovely apartment with spacious living room, clean kitchen and nice bathroom. Landlord is great and very responsive. super in building. we have never had any pest problems or any complaints about repairs. Open to short/long term stays, to move in first morn and one months security deposit. Bills usually come to $60 each per month.
