Private room for rent in spacious Woodside apt!

Private room for rent in a lovely, spacious three bedroom apartment in Woodside, Queens! You'd be living with myself and another male roommate, both in our mid to late 20s. Our third roommate is moving out of state at the end of the month, so we're looking for an October 1st move-in. The room easily fits a full-size bed, desk, dresser, etc. You'd be sharing a bathroom with just myself (my male roommate has an ensuite bathroom to himself). Deposit is first and last month's rent + security. (equal to one month's rent, which is $887 a month). Utilities (wifi, gas, electric) are usually $60-80 a month. We're LGBTI+ friendly and looking for someone similarly minded. The ideal roommate would be someone who is respectful, open minded, and down to earth. We both work a lot and would definitely want a roommate who respects boundaries and isn't too party oriented, although we're very chill with occasional overnight guests and having friends over.
