Description
I?m waiting out COVID with my family in Atlanta, so I?m looking to sublet my room until the end of October, depending on how things look, maybe longer? But let?s start there. It?s my bedroom, so it?s furnished. TV and private bath. I left the City March 13th and no one has been staying in there since. There are two other roommates, and since they?ll be living with you, I?d like them to speak with any potential subletters before we finalize anything. Rent will need to be paid via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. A half month for security deposit. I?m open to doing less than a month, with a minimum of two weeks at $300/week.
Apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor building. A very spacious, well-lit 3BR apartment. There is laundry in the basement ($1 each to wash/dry), and lots of room for storage down there. There is a cat in the apartment, a very fat old man named Dave. No litter boxes in the common space or anything like that. The roommate who owns him keeps the box in her room & cleans it daily.
The building is less than a five minute walk from the 61st-Woodside 7 express stop, which is also a stop for the LIRR and the Q70-SBS shuttle to LaGuardia, so you?re twenty minutes from LaGuardia, Penn Station, and Grand Central.
The neighborhood has two grocery stores, 8-10 bars (mostly Irish pubs), and tons of restaurants (when they reopen). Very diverse neighborhood, with options for just about every type of food.
