About 4-5 min walk from 7 train express stop, also LIRR and multiple bus lines.

You will find anything you need on the way home from the station! Stores and restaurants of all kinds.

・$935/M + utility (All included, Flat rate of $50/M)

The room is furnished!!
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. You can start cooking from day 1.

We are looking for someone who is tidy and cooperative.
Max 4 and half months from Nov. 19th.
But if you are looking for something shorter term than 4 months, just ask :)
