One room available to rent now in a two bedroom first floor apartment in woodside, queens. Available now! Looking for a 12 month commitment. Rent will be paid to the landlord monthly.

-$1,100 per month. Due at signing of lease: first month and security deposit- $2,200
-Utilities included. Wifi excluded and will be split monthly- about $30
-Room will fit a queen sized bed and a desk. There is a closet and a wardrobe in the room already. The room also comes with a tv if you want to keep.

The apartment is a converted house with two rooms located inside this apartment on the first floor and there is another one bedroom apartment upstairs. There is a basement with free laundry and storage space if you need. The house has a private fenced in back yard as well. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished as seen in the pictures. There is one bathroom which is a shared space.

The common areas always are clean and are expected to be. The kitchen is always free to use but must be cleaned after every use. There is a dishwasher so easy to clean up. Bathroom as well should be cleaned up regularly as well.

I am open to pets, but I have a dog and would need to make a judgement call depending if you have. He is an old small dog who is very quiet and is mostly asleep or just sitting on the couch with me.

No smoking inside the house. Music and friends ok to come over if respectful of others in the house. With COVID guests aren’t encouraged, but we can discuss.

The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. It is a 5 minute walk to the m and r train on Roosevelt Ave and 7 minute walk to the 7 train at 61st and 54th. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. There is a large park at the end of the block as well.
