STUDIO with refrigerator (but no kitchen) and full bathroom, separate entrance so we never see each other. I am upstairs and this is a half ground level/half basement room. In the winter it does tend to get colder cause it is a basement apartment, so you have to be okay with that.

Neighborhood is nice, mostly family with a lot of grocery stores nearby, and some Irish pubs. Lots of cheap eats!! I have adored living here and so has previous housemates. The subway is about 5-7 minutes walking away and takes me to the city in about 15 minutes and there’s the M60 around the corner. Utilities is around $50 a month.
