Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops in the area, laundry and supermarkets and all kinds of cuisine. Great for parking with little patience. You will be sharing the apartment with two easygoing, clean and respectful and Christian males one in college in his early 20s and his father a 50 year old investment professional that commutes to midtown every weekday from 9-5. The ideal roommate should be a mature adult that is responsible, non smoker, easy going and compromising and be able to commit to a 6 months or 1 year lease.

The bedroom comes with use of your own shower and shared use of kitchen, living room and gym area, it has one beautiful window that points to a small Forrest behind and you enjoy the sound of the birds and crickets, fresh and windy in the Summer. It comes semi furnished with a high quality mattress and bed , a small desk and a couple of small dressers. I may include smart tv and air conditioning unit to the right person.
