Large room for rent

We are looking for a new roommate in a 3-bedroom apartment in Woodside, Queens.
Very quiet and safe area.
About 7 min walk from 7 train express stop (61st), also LIRR, and multiple bus lines.

Excellent location and friendly neighbors. Lost of stores and supermarkets just 2 blocks away. The apartment is in a second-floor home so no noise and only one additional family downstairs.

The kitchen is pretty big and the current roommates do very light cooking. The bathroom is on the smaller side but we all have different schedules and normally don't clash on getting ready. The room itself can fit a king-size bed very comfortable and has two big windows that let a lot of sunlight in. Has a tiny balcony for plants and other stuff.

We are looking for a clean and tidy roommate who does light cooking and is quiet. Utilities are extra and are split equally but can range anywhere from $25-60 (higher in the summer.)

Sorry NO PETs, NO SMOKING allowed. However, I do have a small dog that is very calm and quiet.
Also only one tenant per room.
THE LIVING ROOM is only used for storage
