Subletting my beautiful one bedroom in Sunnyside

Hello there - my name is Clareese =) I have loved living in my beautiful one bedroom apartment but have decided to move to Astoria. Because breaking my lease would be a painful process - I am hoping to find a subletter. Though the zip code is Woodside it is perfectly situated on the boarder of these neighborhoods!

2200 is the all inclusive price for the space and utilities (a/c in bedroom in honeywell fan in the living room). There is a great grocery store right across the street and a laundry directly across from the front door of the building. Its right at the top of Skillman ave which is super charming and fun.

Things to note:
2 cats have also lived here, though they will be moving with me - If you're allergic this may not be the space for you.

It is a 4TH Floor walk up.

There is some furniture in it but preferences can be discussed
