Queer Artsy Leftists Seeking New Roommates

Hello! We have a gorgeous apartment on the third floor of a building on a Main Street in Federal Hill in Providence, currently home to a dog, cat and two humans. The common space includes a large open dining/living room area connected to a decent sized kitchen, both of which are fully furnished (but we can move things around if you have furniture you want to bring in). All the appliances are new to within the last 5 years, including in unit washer and dryer. Currently putting up one large room for 638.75 a month plus utilities, and a small room 578.75 plus utilities. This is a serious steal for our apartment.

We are two queer, leftist, outspoken recent RISD graduates working a hybrid schedule, and looking for like minded people to welcome into our home. Perks include tons of games, puzzles, books, art, and the benefits of my cooking and baking.

We already have a medium dog and small cat so unfortunately we can’t accept roommates who already have a pet, but please pet lovers apply!
