Room for Rent in College Hill!

Hi! I’m a recent Brown graduate, living with my brother and cat in a 1st floor home apartment in College Hill (Providence). My brother and I share a bathroom and the smallest 2 of the 3 bedrooms in the apartment. We are looking for an additional roommate to occupy the third bedroom with its own bathroom for about a year starting sometime in August-October (our current roommate isn’t sure about their move out date). The place is fully furnished with the exception of the bedroom, and right across the street from a grocery store/shopping center within walking distance of Brown’s campus.
