We?re looking for a new roommate for our centrally located and spacious three bedroom, two bathroom flat that has all the features to make this an amazing place in the city with a park like back yard featuring a bocce ball court and two BBQ stations. The apartment is fully furnished, the room comes partially furnished or unfurnished. Also including both in unit laundry and onsite large load laundry, dishwasher, central heat and fireplace. Being on Hayes and Divisadero, you will be steps away from some of the most desired restaurants, grocery stores and parks in San Francisco!

You?ll be living with two male postdocs at UCSF in their early 30?s who like to cook and watch a movie together ? especially now during COVID-times. We?re outgoing and have sometimes a couple of friends coming over to our lovely back yard to enjoy a drink or two where we can maintain the necessary social distance. We?re looking for someone who?s easy going, clean and who ideally has the option to work in their workplace a few days a week. Unfortunately no pets allowed.
