Built before 1900 and kept in very good condition, each room in this house is garnished with palatial walls and crown molding. The ceilings are extremely high. Couldn't get close to touching them if you jumped.
A bit about us: We are all three young professional males in software/finance industries. All in our 20s/30s. Respectful, clean, and generally down to hang out to grab drinks at home or around the city (Well, when things open back up again).
Room comes unfurnished. Month-month lease, with 30 day notice.
Utilities: Water, Garbage are included. Electricity and Internet are split evenly, as well as every other week cleaning service (20$/person)
