1 room available in a 2 bedroom apt.

I am looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom apartment on May 1st. It is close to highway 101& 280. It takes 10 minutes to get to SFO, downtown, SoMa, and Dogpatch. The T-Line is less 2 minute walk. It is also close to Caltrain (Bayshore Station). The building also has a dishwasher/dryer. Utilities are extra but it usually averages about $60 per person.

This apartment is perfect for 2 people (it would be you and I only).
About me: I am super chill, easy to get along with, respectful of others, I do enjoy going to a bar and have a few drinks to relax. I don't bring the party home, and I always clean-up after myself. I am rarely home, if I am home, I'm usually up at 5:30 am and home by 9 or 10 pm.

What I'm looking for in a roommate is someone that pays rent on time, respectful, not a messy person in the common areas, we don't have to be best friends, but easy to get along with.
