2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, willing to let you choose which room. Currently in the process of remodeling and getting rid of old furniture so new furniture will be in the works these next few months. I have a pet female cat very friendly. It’s in the bay view area which is considered unsafe for most people I guess but I haven’t had any problems my 15+ years here. Neighbors mind they business I wouldn’t consider the area a problem unless it’s far for your commute.
