Call Ray to take a virtual tour---- Hi, my name is Ray. I live in and own an awesome house in the SUNNY Bay View Heights neighborhood in San Francisco. I am looking for a housemate (one person only) for a large bedroom and private bathroom in the house. The house is a modern, peaceful and serene space.
This has been my home for 17 years. I am looking for someone that is easy going, quiet, respectful, and works a daytime work schedule at a location away from home. I work as a visual artist from my home studio.
My home is a lovely retreat from the rush and excitement of this great city, but close to everything. The house is bright, open and spacious (2,100 sf) with many windows, skylights, and recessed lighting with dimmers. It has panoramic views of the bay, downtown and the East Bay.
There is a lot of EASY street parking (rare in the city) right in front of the house. Both the 101 and 280 freeways are close by for convenient commuting to the peninsula or downtown. (The Mission neighborhood is only 8 minutes away by car. Bayshore Cal Train stop is nearby. The 29 bus stop is a half block away.)
Candlestick Park has a running/bicycle path, fitness course, large picnic areas, and boardwalk. Bay View Hill has a paved walking trail.
