Cozy room in a big house

Dear renters, we are looking for a roomate to join our beautiful home starting from May 1st!
Must like to live in a clean, respectful and drama free house, we all have our own life and activities. We like to eat healthy, like outdoors , music , art, social, family friends, no big parties in the house, we are 3 peoples and a sweet cat to sharing this lovely home.
It's months to months rent but could be a long term accommodation, no much belonging.
We speak, English, Italian and Spanish.
We do have washer and drier machine.
We live in a very nice neighborhood , walking distance from Precita park, and bus lines, no street cleaning.
Close to 101 and 280 freeway.
We have a nice backyard with a beautiful avocado tree and fire pit
