Master bedroom with private bath in 3bed/2ba house

A room is opening up in our beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath house in Bernal Heights. Good news is that the start date is flexible and you could move in now.

The House?
The room is a master bedroom with private bath and direct access to the large backyard. The price for the room is $1,950/month excluding utilities (PGE, water, trash) and internet. The room could be furnished (bed, dresser, desk and chair shown in pictures) if needed.
We share the one car garage to work on projects/store vehicles when out of town. Street parking is usually easy (no permits or parking meters). The house is equipped with a washer/dryer.

The Neighborhood ?
Bernal is a fantastic, central place to live. Easy walk to tech companies' shuttles and Glen Park Bart station. You also have easy access to both 280 and 101 so the location is ideal for a commuter wanting to be in the city. We are close to Cortland Ave which has nice bars, coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The nearest grocery store is a 5 min walk down the street.

About Us ?
We are 2 mechanical engineers (M) in our late 20s/early 30s looking for a chill third roommate. We enjoy working on projects on the weekend and hanging out on week nights. We both work fairly late on most weekdays, but still enjoy cooking, bbqing in the backyard, and hanging out together when we can.

About You ?
Must have a steady job, be respectful cleaning after yourself, and help do your part around the house. Ideally we would like someone who gets along well with the both of us.
