Looking for a Roommate in Cozy 2BR 1Ba Apartment in Bernal Heights, SF. Ideally to move in between now and early june (lease ends in aug and its month-month after)

We're looking for a roommate to move into our cozy 2-bedroom apartment in the Bernal Heights neighborhood, ideally around the end of April or sometime in May. The new roommate will take over one half of the original lease, which ends on 31st July 2020 and switches to month-to-month basis afterwards.

Monthly rent is $1400 (utilities not included), with in-building laundry, storage space in the garage, and a very friendly landlord. Comcast internet fees are $40 and utilities around $50 per month after splitting between 2 people. We also have a microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, baking oven, as well as dishes and cutlery to share. The room you'll be moving into has a small closet (hangers provided), as well as a window to the fire escape.

Our neighborhood is cute, safe, and walkable with easy access to transportation downtown by bus (67, 21, 9/9R any others?) and the Muni train (J line). We're just uphill from the Alemany Farmers Market every Saturday, and a short walk away from Cortland Avenue, which boasts an array of grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, bars, plant shops and beauty salons.

Prospective roommate should be comfortable with having a sweet lazy cat roaming and sleeping around the house, and I'm open to other pets as long as they can get along. LGBTQA friendly!
