Temporary Sublet in Bernal Heights/Noe Valley

Hi all! We are looking for a temporary (1-2 months) subletter in our Bernal Heights/Noe Valley home. Available October 1st.

The room: Medium sized room with space for a queen sized bed, a dresser and a desk. Also has a closet. Room can come furnished or unfurnished, your choice. The apartment is furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked. W/D in unit, split bathroom. Includes access to the backyard if you?re looking for some space to garden or workout in the sun.

Location: Easy walking distance to Mission St, Dolores Park, and Valencia. Located close to the J Muni line, multiple muni and tech bus stops, short walk to Glen Park and 24th St Bart stations, and easy freeway access. Easy walking distance to Safeway, Walgreens, and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants.

The roommates: We are a couple who enjoy cooking, going on hikes, taking day trips, and catching up with the latest trash TV Hulu has to offer. A(33F) works from home doing business development for a small tech firm, and enjoys doing yoga. B(29M) is currently unemployed due to Covid, but previously worked in the catering industry. We tend to keep to ourselves during the week but like to catch up with our roommates on evenings and weekends.
