I am looking for a roommate to move in on October 1st or ASAP! My former roomie has moved onto greener pastures and left behind a really lovely 12x10 sq ft private room.

The apartment is a sunny and spacious 2-bedroom with a large bathroom and kitchen with modern appliances, and amazing temp control with the thermostat (we have our own boiler!) on the corner of Mission St at Murray St. A delightfully brief walk to cafes, bars, bodegas, and restaurants. The 14 and 49 MUNI buses stop right in front on Mission and it's a 10-minute walk straight down Murray to Glen Park BART station.

I use a coin-operated laundromat across the street and there is a guaranteed parking space in the garage available upon request for a $100/month (I don?t drive...yet). Sorry, no cats or dogs--I love them, but I?m allergic ????There is a projector in the living room, but not shown in the photos are the future sectional sofa and ottoman, coffee table, bookshelf, and entertainment unit.
