The bedroom fits a double bed and has high ceilings.
The second room has lots of natural light and looks out onto the garden. It would make a great office and storage space.

Move in costs are one month s rent, plus one month s rent as a deposit for a May 1st move-in date (prorated for earlier move-in).

Utilities (gas, electric and high-speed internet) range from $60 to $80, depending on the season.
