Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a third person to fill our available Master Bedroom!

Location: Castro/Upper Market. Located on a beautiful hill overlooking the city, steps from Corona Heights Park. We're a few minutes walk from Safeway and Whole Foods, in addition to many restaurants, gyms, bars and shops.

Description: Private Master Bedroom, huge bay windows, tall ceilings, full closet. The room itself will be unfurnished but the shared spaces are furnished (open to additional furnishings, if you want to add anything!)

Rent: $1850 + utilities (average $100/month) + security deposit upon move-in. Very reasonable price for our upscale area.

Lease Terms: Room available now, lease extends through July. Ideally looking for someone able to live with us through July.

Amenities: three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms (shared). Garage with available parking space (for you!), in unit laundry, shared backyard with two other units (complete with outdoor furniture and grill), fully supplied kitchen and living room.

About us: We're in our early/mid 20s with full time jobs (one in health care tech, one in graphic design). We are opposite genders and don't spend much time at home during the weekdays though do love a good movie night. On the weekends, we also are out and about most of the time. We're very tidy, respectful and friendly!!!

About you: We're ideally looking for a working professional who keeps common areas clean. We'd love to have a new friend but will respect your space :)
