My name is Riley! I?m helping my roommate search for some one to take my place as I?m moving out of our apartment at the end of June!

Rachel is an awesome chick! 26 years old working in the start up industry in the South Bay (but lol quarantine), so typically an earlier riser who loves a peaceful place to come home to. Recently moved to SF a year ago and loves exploring the city. She likes to stay in and go out for drinks, but rarely bring the party home.

The apartment is a sunny two bedroom/one bath in Castro An amazing view of the city, and a quick walk away from Mission Delores Park. A 5 minute walk to the Muni station and bus stops. It?s somewhat furnished with a kitchen table and maybe couch, but likely be getting a new one, but let me know what you?d be down to share. Room available is a large bedroom and has a closet. Rent includes trash and water, other utilities are PG&E + Verizon and are $40-60/person/month. Rent is $1750.
