A lovely spacious 2-Bed, 1-Bath apartment in a convenient location in the heart of Castro, just off Castro and Market. A short walk to the muni train station, trendy restaurants and shops - prime location! :)

The apartment has a spacious kitchen, living room, plenty of natural light and a balcony. Rent includes a room (10ft by 13ft), with a massive closet, use of all shared spaces and your own parking bay behind a secured gate.

Rent covers water, trash, electricity and wifi. Parking can be added with a extra $200 per month. There is an on-site coin-op (or app) washer / dryer.

About the roomies
Who you will be living with is a couple, Abigail (28 years old) & Rita (29 years old). Rita works in tech and mainly works from home or might go in to the office once a week. Abigail works in hospitality so hours are never the same. We like to keep our space tidy, we are considerate and respectful of shared spaces. We enjoy exercising, watching tv, going out to dinners and entertaining at home. We are both quite social and enjoy bonding with people we live with, but also value our alone time to recharge. We also have a very needy and loving cat named Gizmo. He is 4 years old and loves to cuddle and get all the love from everyone. He also likes sitting on the balcony on a sunny morning and watch the nature while baking in the sun.
