It's a 3 bed 2 bath in the Richmond district that we want to sign the lease on. The address is 731 19th Ave. Take a look on the map to see if that?s an area you would like to live in. There is public transport, shops and restaurants nearby. Move in date is March 30-April 1st. It?s a 1 year lease we want you to sign on but if you wish to leave earlier just find somebody to replace you!
The space:
You will be getting a spacious living room. Dividers can be provided and there is plenty of closet storage in the house you can claim. You would be sharing a bathroom with me. Water and garbage is included so your rent would be $750 + pg&e and internet (divided among 4 people).
The people:
You would be living with 3 girls (myself included) who are in their early to mid-twenties. We work full time and are easy going, respectful, and are looking for somebody who is the same.
