2 Bedrooms in large 3 bed house + garage

I have two bedrooms available in a large 3 bedroom two story house ( 1 and 1/2 bath) with a large backyard and large garage with washer and dryer.

Smaller bedroom: 12' x 12' - with 7' x 2' closet - $1850 - pictured
Larger bedroom: 13' x 18' - with with two closets, one is 6 by 4', and another is 6 x 2' - $2050 - Pictures coming

Parking spot in garage - $200

Preference given to whoever wants to rent the garage spot as well :)

I need to fill these by October, but earlier move in date is also possible

This would be a 12 month lease

Me: 31, Mechanical Engineer, work in Palo Alto, super easy going, super clean. Enjoy mountain biking, motorcycling, and building stuff.

Don't care if you have people stay over (provided they don't end up permanently living here lol) and happy with the occasional party or BBQ

Sorry, that's currently the only picture of the backyard I have ( it's a bit overgrown right now, waiting on the gardener) but there is tons of room to grow whatever you want (I'm not much into gardening so the "garden" can be all yours ;)
