Hi, my roommate and I (1 male 1 female) are looking for another young professional to fill an open room in our 3 bed 2.5 bath apartment (Central Richmond).

The room is the largest in the house with enough space to put a California king mattress, a desk and more (about 15x15 ft). The room is $1,200/mo with a shared bathroom. We're looking for someone to move in on June 1st.

A little more about the apartment:
-It's a 3 bed and 2.5 bath that is ~1500 sqft
-Laundry in building
-There is roof and backyard access
-We are conveniently next to the 38(R, AX, BX), 1(AX, BX), 29 and the 5(R) which will take you to the Financial district very quickly
-Were in the middle of the Golden Gate Park and Baker Beach
-There are many new and upcoming restaurants/bars in the area
