Small Room in Sunset In-Law

This room will be available starting the day after after Christmas; it is in a quaint in-law in a typically quiet neighborhood, which is conveniently located near public transportation, local groceries, and just a few blocks away from Golden Gate Park. I would ideally prefer a roommate who is willing to treat the space like a home, but as introvert, I also really need and am respectful of other people?s personal space.
