Seeking roommate for Sunset apartment

I am seeking a housemate to fill the second bedroom in my two bedroom, one bathroom sub-unit apartment in a house in the central Sunset of San Francisco. I am a hard working, laid back, trustworthy housemate who loves music, movies, coffee, and enjoying all that my neighborhood has to offer. My departing housemate is also offering his double bed for whoever is interested in moving in, so partial furnishing will be an option. Rent is $1,150 / month plus about $75 in utilities per month. The room is small but comfortable, 104 sq/ft in a 459 sq/ft unit. Please let me know if this sounds like the place for you!
