Description
Primarily sharing this gay-friendly space with young freshmen males, vaccinated (full time college students) who are respectful, studious, responsible & dedicated to their studies. . This is a temporary arrangement that would normally lapse in a semester/ year or more, pending graduation. Apologies, but I’m only open to students and will respond to those willing to meet my requirements.
If you are considering San Francisco, we are on the first floor, near the Civic Center-Cathedral Hill Area, located a few steps away from stops crossing O'Farrell St and Van Ness Ave. Bus service is frequent here, with multiple connections to major routes, such as local Muni towards CCSF or SFSU & quick access to almost anywhere in the city. Well located, fairly safe, with streets well-lit, walking distance to the cleaners, coffee shops, fast food places & restaurants. A few blocks away from the Van Ness Hospital, Banks / ATM’s and next to the old AMC (Cinema), markets & stores. This apartment has a furnished master bedroom; I am staying in the living room. There is a small foyer & shared bathroom; it includes a small kitchen with a small counter; a section of top shelves serves as your open pantry; in addition to a small dining area. This building also has a small laundry area. We can negotiate the security deposit: $IOOO. Utilities included {light, Direct TV, phone, internet.}
If interested, we need a: A Roommate Agreement renewed by semester. Bring no additional furniture; No pets; Agree to help with the weekly / daily cleaning; Prefer no overnight guests; No parties, no smoking, no heavy drinking, nor drugs. Candidates ideally have a good credit score: ~ >= 6OO points from a credit report or show solid backing.
F1 International students can provide proof of financial support from a sponsor and a copy of valid I-2O document. Character references, would be nice.
I have an international background and I'm a student at heart, quiet, low key & friendly I enjoy sharing my time, when able. I like meditation and sources of erudition. Open to those who are vaccinated, I'm looking to give a chance to the young who are starting out. I prefer to keep my home free from stress and mostly want it to be a place to Recharge in Rest and Relaxation.
FYI:
Approximate Commuting times using public transit:
* From 54 minutes to 1hour & 17 min towards Sproul Hall in Berkeley.
- From 38min - 48min towards SFSU.
* From 32 min - 44min towards CCSF.
- From 18 to 24 min towards the University of San Francisco.
* AAU? Last successful resident student walked there.
If interested & have a picture, let me know?
Thanks!
