Our apartment is gorgeous: it is a traditional Victorian flat with high ceilings, lots of light, claw foot tub, washer and dryer, bike parking, a huge garden, BBQ. We even have have a small guest room if you have a friend coming to town!
The room is furnished with antiques: a queen, four poster bed with a McRoskey mattress and box spring, a bed side stand with lamp, a dresser and a desk. It has a massive walk-in closet, a window to a lightwell, and whisper doors.
The rent is all-inclusive (Comcast, water, electric, trash, bi-weekly cleaning person). One month?s rent as deposit. We may not have pets in the unit.
About the Roommates
We are a married couple in our 40?s and have lived in the neighborhood for about 10 years. Julian is from DC, plays music, and works downtown in tech. Kaytea is a SF Native (yep, we exist), a marketing consultant, and a working artist. We?re both pretty busy balancing day job / creative projects / family time, so we don?t spend a lot of time socializing, but we do hang out and share a meal with our roommates.
