Amazing Cole Valley Home with Sweet Views!

I'm looking to sub-lease my room clean and respectful roommate for the next 3-6 months (open to discussing a more solid timeframe based on your needs and signing month-to-month). The room comes furnished or unfurnished with a large closet, big window, and hardwood floors. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate and all other common areas are shared between the housemates.

The house is beautifully decorated and has a very homey feel which I know will make anyone fall in love with the place.

The two current roommates are my close friends who are very welcoming, kind, clean and great company! They are both working professionals which one of them is currently working from home while the other goes to her place of work.

Common areas and amenities include a kitchen with a dishwasher and upgraded appliances, living room, dining room, storage, large deck with a sweet view, and laundry free of charge.
