Room in Corona Heights Apt with Amazing Views, W/D

We have a room available in our bright and spacious apartment located in Corona Heights. There's a large balcony with a grill and amazing views of Twin Peaks and Sutro Tower. Less than 3 minutes walk from Corona Heights and Buena Vista Parks. The apartment is in a convenient, central location in SF that is a 10 minute walk from Castro, Haight, Divisidero and Golden Gate Park, but the street itself is quiet.

We are looking for someone to rent bedroom with shared bathroom from early-mid April (date flexible) onward. We would prefer a long-term renter although lease is month to month. Apartment features include gigabit internet, washer and dryer in-unit, a dishwasher, and easy-to-find, safe street parking.

We, the other two roommates, are one Brit and one Texan in their late 20's working in tech and finance, both male and working from home until later in 2021. Both of us are social, enjoy going out for food and drinks, hiking, watching sports, and movies. Ideally looking for someone similar in age.

Rent $1,400/month (reduced), deposit $1,980, utilities approx. $150/month.

Other amenities: Cable TV, central heating, lots of storage throughout apartment.
