Looking for a roommate (or couple) to share a 3 bed/1 bath house with detached garage and beautiful garden in crocker-amazon.

The house includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, large landscaped yard with native plants, and garage space for 2 small cars. The extra bedroom will be used as a guest/study room. Living space is all on one floor.

You will be sharing the house with myself (26f), my husband (27m), and our well-behaved/quiet collie mix dog named Luna. I work as an environmental consultant, and my husband works a scientist.

We?re looking for a clean, respectable, and chill roommate (or possibly a couple) with a reliable job who enjoys dogs.

Utilities and internet will be split among tenants. The house is mostly furnished. Available bedroom can be furnished with a queen bed and frame. 15 min walk to the Balboa BART station and 10 min walk to Mission street Muni stops.

Six month lease that will be month to month after.
Rent: $1,600/month ($2,100 for a couple)
Move In: First + security deposit (1.5x rent)

No smoking, no drugs, no pets.
