Master suit in a town house with amazing views!

Hi,

I'm looking to fill the master bedroom in a 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse in Glen Park/Diamond Heights. The house has some of the best views in the city! The balcony from the master suite and the third-floor balcony overlook all of downtown, the bay bridge, and all of east bay. In addition to the 2 balconies on the front of the house, there is a back porch for BBQs and relaxing/ entertaining as well as a fireplace a full washer and dryer in the garage. The house is fully furnished (except your bedroom). The room comes with a parking spot in a two-car garage, lots of storage, an on suite bathroom, and a private balcony.

Me- My name is Lindsey I'm 31 years old, I work in research. I have a 4-year-old border collie that loves people. I'm pretty relaxed, I love going camping, hiking, anything outdoors, BBQs, and going to concerts in the city/finding new fun places to hang out. My side projects include teaching advance procedure medicine to first responders in the area and I have recently discovered woodworking. I don't want to brag but the kitchen table I made is pretty rad.

There is one more roommate. Her name is Ruby, she works in fundraising. She's not in the house much, she travels a lot and generally keeps to her self.

You- 30's, gainfully employed, clean respectful, easy to get along with must be ok with dogs.
