The room: 12’ x 10’ (see room plan in one of the pics) room with a balcony facing the back of the building. The room shares the bathroom with one more person. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. This is a 3 bd, 2 bathrooms apartment with plenty of space and natural light. Laundry in the building. Room available on Nov 1st
Your roommates: We are 2 guys (FA; DE, 40s) working in biotech and in Transportation.. We hang out together sometimes, but do our own things most of the time. We like to have friends over for dinner or movies occasionally, but no wild parties. We keep the place clean and tidy.
Location: easy access to 101 and 280 if you commute. If you don’t, public transit is VERY easy to come by. The 48, 37, and 52 buses all have stops directly out our front door. The 37 runs up and down Market Street, the 52 will take you to the Glen Park BART stop and the 48 runs up and down 24th street to the 24th and Mission BART stop. Safeway is 5 min walk.
You: adult, single person of any gender, responsible, considerate and happy to share your space with other people.
