Huge Finished Basement Apartment

Its our family home. We did the basement for my sister but she's pregnant and wants to be upstairs in the main level. So we are renting out the basement. I know basements are scary but trust me its not noticeable at all lol. Its fully remodeled. Its basically an apartment. Its 2 bed,1 full bathroom, full kitchen and full laundry room. The washer and dryer is yours. Brand new. You also have your own control over the air and heat. pets are allowed. If you smoke we asked that you do it outside or with the windows open since my sister is preggers. Wifi and cable is already ready. All utilities are included. You also have your own private entrance so you can come and go as you please. There's a $200 deposit. Due to covid and the fact shes pregnant we aren't meeting a lot of people to come view the apartment. Just to lesson the chance of us getting sick. So ill have all pictures posted that way you can decide if you want to move in or not. If you do ill be using cash app for the deposit, once that's sent we can set up a move in time and day. Rent is due next month on the 1st. Thanks.
