Double Room in 1 bed apartment in South of Market

I am looking for someone to move into my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with me. It is extremely spacious with 809 sq ft. 3 shared closets, washer and dryer in unit, with lots of storage space. There is one expansive bathroom and kitchen. Your bedroom is what used to be the living room, it is divided with a semi-permanent wall. The apartment itself has many amenities such as: a full-service gym, attached parking, yoga classes 2x per week, mail sending and receiving, 24-hour concierge, co-working space and lounge, outdoor grilling and tanning area, rooftop, and hot tub. It is centrally located within SOMA and walking distance to BART.

As for you, I am open to men or women, preferably in their late 20s or early 30s. I am looking for someone who is clean (absolutely NO exceptions) and has a social life but doesn't bring the party home. It would be great to find a long term roommate who wouldn't mind going to happy hours or watching Netflix whenever the mood strikes. No live in boyfriends or girlfriends, a couple nights a week is fine but nothing more. Attached are pictures of the room and rest of the building and it's amenities. It can fit a queen bed, dresser, 2 night stands.

I am woman and a writer, who recently relocated from New York to San Francisco. I am born and raised in the Bay Area, but you'd never guess that unless I told you. I love to cook and am always trying new recipes. As a writer, my days are my own but often I wake up around 7am, work out, and start my day often working from The Wing in SOMA. During the week in the evenings I either go to yoga, spend time writing, am out to dinner with friends, or relaxing in the hot tub. I often go to sleep between 10-11:30pm. On the weekends, I will be volunteering, checking out new galleries, and building the sustainable fashion movement in San Francisco.

Move in is March 1. Rent is $2,200/month, utilities included. $2,200 security deposit due upon move in. Serious inquiries only please. I am open to dogs, but not cats (I'm severely allergic!)
