Shared room available in excelsior district

We are looking for a female professional to move in to a shared master bed/bath. The space is large enough for a full bed. The house has beautiful big windows and great light, is a 5 minute walk from balboa bart station and a 10 minute walk from Mission Street. There are currently 6 other girls between the ages of 21 and 27 living in the house, but it is very quiet and very clean. Cleanliness is EXTREMELY important. No couples, no smoking, and no garage parking access. Street parking is available but requires a permit purchased through the city. Utilities are not included. Tenant would be responsible for internet, water, pge and trash.
