The apartment: Great location on 18th and Taraval and Santiago. Right next to the L so it is very easy to get downtown and around the city. Also right next to a Safeway. The apartment is a small ground floor apartment with a full kitchen and a very large terraced back yard with an apple tree. There are two female roommates, who are nice and quiet. This apartment is ideal for someone who likes their privacy. The upstairs neighbors are very quiet and nice. The landlord is very friendly and responsible, and responds quickly to any issues that arise. No pets please.
