Looking for clean, modest, responsible roommate to occupy an unfurnished bedroom in a 3bed/2bth apartment. The apartment has a furnished living room, dining room, and fully equip kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas stove). No Gender preference. No pets. No Couples

Just to give you a little background on the apartment;

The apartment is in great condition. It was recently remodeled with fresh paint and carpet throughout. There is also a large backyard to entertain in. We have an on-site coin laundry shared with the other tenants in the building. The apt is on the 3rd floor and is 1600ft.2.

The downstairs neighbors that are quiet, safe, and considerate.

The location is great - right across the street from the Glen Park Bart Station. Easy access pretty much anywhere in city.

The bedroom is well suited for a young professional, and/or someone who is looking for a long term place to call home. The bedroom will be unfurnished and comes with its own closet. Will have a bathroom to share with another tenant. Will be available for move ASAP.

We are both young professionals working for a pharmaceutical company in South San Francisco. We both studied together at UC Davis and are 29y/o. We are both 420 friendly. D is from San Diego, and owns a cat whom never leaves his room. M is from Sacramento, and loves to travel.
