Hello!

We are looking for a fourth roommate to join us in our 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment in NoPa. You would be sharing the master bedroom, which includes its own bathroom. Available November 1st!

Our lease is originally set for 12 months (June 1, 2020 - May 31, 2021). However, our current housemate is leaving suddenly due to the pandemic. Therefore, you would be signing on for November 1, 2020 - May 31, 2021, a total of 7 months.

Some info about the bedroom & apartment:
Monthly rent is $1,080 + WiFi is about $15.00/month
Utilities, garbage, and water included in rent
Great natural sunlight throughout the apartment, especially in the master bedroom
Large communal kitchen with a dishwasher
In-unit washer and dryer
One block from USF and very close to several bus lines (particularly the 5, 21 and 43)
Walking distance from Haight & the Panhandle/Golden Gate Park\
Some info about us:
We are 3 women in our early 20s, two of us are working professionals and the other is an undergraduate student at USF. We are extremely lowkey & enjoy cooking, baking, and watching Netflix together. We are all working from home throughout the week. We also enjoy being outdoors, hiking, going out to eat & shop, ideally in a non-pandemic world. We are looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, clean and respectful. Additionally, please note we are taking strict coronavirus precautions to keep our house as safe and healthy as possible.
