This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house, and you'll have the master bedroom all to yourself. It comes fully furnished with all the essentials for your comfort. The rent is $1650 per month, and that includes all utilities. In addition, I request a deposit equal to one month's rent. Rest assured, the deposit is fully refundable.
The house is equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, and a seriously impressive coffee corner to kickstart your mornings. Plus, enjoy high-speed internet for all your connectivity needs. There's no TV in the unit, but I do have a spacious living room where I occasionally work on my art projects. You're more than welcome to join in the creative fun!
No laundry in the unit, there's a convenient laundromat just one block away.
About Me: I'm a very clean, friendly, and welcoming person with a stable income, I'm often out and about, but I love working on my art projects from the comfort of our cozy home.

About You: I'm seeking a roommate in their late 30s or older who is financially stable, values cleanliness, and appreciates a harmonious living environment. While it's not a party house, I do have a fantastic balcony where you can unwind, enjoy a cup of coffee, or savor a glass of wine. Speaking of coffee, I love cooking and sharing my culinary creations!
