Looking for roommate asap

We are two girls looking for someone to take over a private room as soon as possible. I am a student studying animation at the Academy of Art. My week consists of attending classes and workshops, otherwise I tend to work from home. My roommate works with a restaurant downtown and her schedule varies. We are both very clean, easygoing, friendly and respectful of each other?s space.

Our place is a two bedroom two bathroom, we have converted our living room space into a third room which my roommate occupies. We are offering the private bedroom and will be a shared bathroom. It is $2000 a month and will be a 12 month lease.
