I am looking for working professionals. Couples are welcomed, but couples will pay 2000 per room.

The house is located off ocean Ave and Ashton. There is a Whole Foods, target and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The metro (kt line) is a 2 minute walk from the house and the balboa park Bart station is about a mile away.

We are also located 1 mile away from SFSU (that means you don?t have to pay for parking!) and 0.5 miles away from city community college

And last but not least. 1 mile away from Stonestown galleria.

The beds are brand new and haven?t been used. We would remove that extra twin size bed pictured below. A couch and coffee table will be included.

1600 per month with 1000 deposit
Washer and dryer included
Utilities would be split 3 ways.
Internet would be separate.
