one bedroom for rent with a shared bathroom in san Francisco
We live in a 5 bedroom 4 bathhouse. We are looking for a roommate as one of our current ones is leaving to move in with his new girlfriend. The move-in date is July 1st for a one-year lease. There 4 people and 2 dogs in the house already (not including the one moving out). One is an Alaskan husky, 4 years old, a very well-trained service dog, and quiet. The other is 1 a half-year-old Siberian husky ESA dog. There are two floors Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The room for rent is located upstairs. Downstairs is 2 bed 2 bath, an office, as well as an entertainment room. The washer and dryer are located in the garage.
Roommates:

F 31- Training FF, has a pet care business (has a service dog)
F 24- Work with youth for a company called Horizons (has ESA dog)
M 28- Works as a chef with Facebook going to school for medical background
M 26 - Work for insta work and pet care company, going to school for micro bio

Amenities:
Washer, Dryer, Wifi (15 a month), garage, yard, and patio
Utilities run anywhere from 120 to 170 a month per person
We also have a small office we share.
4 blocks from Wholefoods
Safeway (2 of them) both located about 8 min drive from the house.
City College and SF state are nearby about a 10 min drive or 20 min on public transportation

8,49,43, K, owl, all about 4-5 blocks away.
close to stonestown (trader Joes, Target, movie theater)

Quiet neighborhood, away from all congested city. Lots of food and small business nearby on ocean ave.
Street parking (small neighborhood sometimes easy to find parking.) Driveway already used.
