Need Considerate Roomates

I have 3 rooms available in my house they are on the upper floor. I live on the lower level. The 3 rooms upstairs share a bathroom and shower. Mine is separate downstairs and I have my own bathroom. I prefer to keep to myself and will not hassel or get involved in the other roommates business as long as everyone pays their rent and respects each other. I am ez going and fair and professional. The house is near the beach, lake two malls Sf state college and one minute to the train which will take you anywhere in the city. This is a great city music scene, cultural events etc ...
