Located right next to USF and Muni bus lines (1, 5, 33, 21, and others right outside). 30 minute total bus ride to downtown. Your rent is $862.50 a month and the room is available May 1 and the lease would continue through July. You would have one male, college student, roommate along with 4 other male college aged apartment-mates living in separate rooms. You would share a full bathroom with 3 other males, and the kitchen is shared between everyone (and a little dirty in the picture sorry). There is also paid laundry on site and plenty of restaurants down the road on Geary St. and beyond. The area is very safe and bike/walkable.

There is also a one month's rent deposit that would be due back to you at the end of July.

There is plenty of refrigerator and cabinet space along with a full kitchen. Apartment-mates are all quiet and respectful of each other.
